A stunning, painterly cover rendered in full watercolour — completely unlike anything else in the run! A brooding, dark-haired young man fills the upper centre of the frame — one hand pressed over the lower half of his face — long fingers splayed — a single haunted eye visible above his palm — staring outward with quiet anguish — swirling purple and violet smoke curls around him from both sides — wisps of white mist rising — and below him — a cold, desolate winter scene — bare black skeletal trees and frost-covered shrubs receding into the darkness. Rich purples, deep blacks, and cold grey-blues throughout. Hauntingly beautiful and completely distinctive.
A great pick for Fright Night run collectors, painted cover enthusiasts, NOW Comics fans, and horror art lovers. A perfect Halloween shelf pick. Light wear consistent with age.
